    Congrats to Ally. How cool.

This is a very good series which I love and have shared with my god-daughter and her mom.

Well done, Ally! How awesome and well-deserved for everyone concerned.

Loved the first book, can’t wait to read the second.

When I first heard you mention this book, the title caught my eye as something I might at least be curious about. Now I’ll definitely look into it. 🙂

This si wonderful news, but can you explain how the NYTs decides its bestseller list 10 days in advance? How does that work? Thanks

Whoever typed out the description on that Amazon page needs to fix his space bar, because it just looks terrible.

Sounds good though… maybe look out for it over here in the UK.

Anonymous, the NYT list is not determined by sales. The NY Times has a list of books that have been getting good hype, lots of promo, buzz, and they send it out to a whole bunch of bookstores and whatnot and by the presales they’ve gotten or the buzz in the stores those booksellers say what books makes the list.

That’s at least how I heard it works.

I am so thrilled for you Ally! We picked up our copy right when it came out and again, my daughter stayed up all night to read it.

    Way to go!

Just wanted to let you know that on my weekend trip to Barnes and Noble, I loved the display for Ally! It didn’t just pop-it SOLD! Almost every shelf was down to 1 or 2 books! Congratulations on your NYT Best Seller list! Much deserved! A great book and a great agent who works hard, together make great sales. Good for you!
